Returning Dates

We strongly encourage you to Return your Rental Attire immediately after
each Graduation Ceremony at NYP, Room B.104B.

 NOTE: If you do not return the Rental Attire by 11 June 2010, your full Rental
            Deposit will be forfeited.

 

  You are required to bring your Rental Receipt and NRIC to Collect your
  Rental Deposit.

  Failure to produce this Rental Receipt will result in your full Rental
  Deposit to be forfeited.

  You may authorize a representative to Return the Attire on your behalf. Such
  Graduands must complete the Authorization Form (Return) print and sign it. The
  authorized person must bring :-

  1) Authorisation Form (Return) completed and signed 2) Authorised Person’s NRIC
  3) Your NRIC 4) Your Rental Receipt, in order to collect your Rental Deposit.
  A damage levy of $10 upwards will be charged for any damage to the Attire. Please
  refer to “Fees for Types of Damage to Attire” at our Damages Chart. Your deposit will
  be fully refunded if the Graduation Attire is returned in good condition.
