When and where can I order and collect the Graduation
Attire?
Graduands can Self-Collect at TP during
On-Campus Collection Period or Delivery

What must I bring to collect my Attire?

|
You are required to bring 1) your (print-out) Online Order Form from our website www.achieversplus.com.sg (for Online Orders) 2) Student Matric Card / NRIC, to collect your attire.
|

If I cannot collect the Graduation Attire myself, what should I do?
.
|
|
You may authorize a representative to collect them on your behalf or you can use the Delivery Service as indicated above.
To Authorize a representative, you will need to complete the Authorization Form (Collect), print it and sign it.
The representative must bring along 1) Authorisation Form (Collect) 2) Authorised Person’s NRIC 3) Your Student Matric Card/ NRIC 4) Your Online Order Form, to collect the Attire.

Can I collect my Graduation Attire before On-Campus Collection Dates? |

Yes, you can collect your Graduation Attire from our office before
25 Sep 2010 (Please call: 6 777 60 89) - please see address

the end of this page.

If I forget to collect my Graduation Attire, are there any make-up arrangements on the Day of Ceremony?

Please go to the Graduation Attire Counter at the Ceremony Venue (Temasek Convention Centre, Level 2) at least 1 hour before the start of the Ceremony. Please note that you will be required to make full payment for the attire. (Note: There will be no guarantee of preferred size availability).

We strongly encourage you to Return your Rental Attire
immediately after each Graduation Ceremony.
Please note that if you do not return the attire by 8 Oct 2010,
your full deposit will be forfeited.

What must I bring to return my Rental
Graduation Attire?

You are required to bring your Rental Receipt and NRIC to collect your Rental Deposit.
Failure to produce this Rental Receipt will result in your Deposit to be forfeited.

What if I am unable to return my Rental Graduation Attire
personally?
|
|
You may authorize a representative to Return the Attire on your behalf. Such Graduands must complete the Authorization Form (Return) print and sign it. The authorized person must bring :-
1) Authorization Form (Return) completed and signed
2) Authorized Person’s NRIC 3) Your NRIC 4) Your Rental Receipt,
in order to collect your Rental Deposit.

What if I damage the Graduation Attire?
|
|
A damage levy of $10 upwards will be charged for any damage to the Attire. Please refer to “Fees for Types of Damage to Attire” at our Damages Chart. Your deposit will be fully refunded if the Graduation Attire is returned in good condition.

What does “Height” in your Measurement Size Chart mean?
|
|
Your height means the measurement from the top of your head to the ground, wearing shoes. Measurement is in Centimeters.

Can I buy the
Graduation Attire?
|
|
Yes. The purchase price of the Graduation Attires can be found at our Pricing Chart.
|
|
How much is the
Rental Fee?
|
|
The Rental Fee and Deposit of the Graduation Attire is found at our Pricing Chart.
|
|
|
Strictly No Sharing of Attire. Deposit will be forfeited if caught sharing. We will match TP record of Attendees against our Rental Record.

If the Graduation
Attire does not fit
me, can I change it?
|
|
All Graduation Attires once checked out, will not be changed. We encourage you to come down during the On-Campus Fitting / Collection to get the correct size.
Graduands may refer to our Measurement and Size Chart of the Graduation Attires. As stocks are limited, once a size has run out, we can only provide the next nearest size available.
